youth summit advisory committee - youth wellbeing network
We are seeking nominations for passionate and diverse youth in grades 9-12 (14-18 years old) to join the Youth Advisory Committee for the upcoming Tri-County Youth Summit happening April 24th, 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for young leaders to help shape a summit designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities youth face in their communities. The summit aims to leave youth inspired and equipped with the tools, confidence, and networks they need to take meaningful action.

As part of the Youth Advisory Committee, these young leaders will:
🔹 Meet once a month for 1 hour
🔹 Be compensated for their time and involvement
🔹 Co-create and guide the vision of the Youth Summit
🔹 Ensure diverse voices are represented
🔹 Develop leadership and event-planning skills
🔹 Build meaningful connections with peers and mentors
By filling out this form, you are able to nominate a youth OR nominate yourself to be considered for the Youth Summit Advisory Committee.
All nominations must be in on Monday, October 6th by 5pm. If you are nominating a youth, we encourage you to first talk with the youth to ensure they give permission to be nominated.
If multiple youth in a school/community are identified, a short (zoom) interview will take place to select up to 2 representatives. Consideration will be given to those with diverse backgrounds or experiences to help us shape a successful summit.
